Responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, contracts) on multiple projects; Prepare & modify proposals, shop drawings, submittals & RFIs; Ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications, construction standards; Prepare Status reports & payment documents by collecting & analyzing construction activity; Monitor & track project milestones & deliverables; Proactively assess & identify solutions; Analyze the construction reports & make necessary changes to complete the project w/in schedule & budget, & meet all the structural design codes. Must have knowledge of Construction Management, Project Planning, & Structural Analysis. Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering & Management, plus 30-hour OSHA Certification & CMIT certification are reqd.
